La Collina sul Mare is located in a wooden hill above Sorrento and the coastline. You can reach the property along a road from the Sorrento Coast at about 5 km from Sorrento town centre. The villa is set in a quiet position so that clients take the advantage of total relax and piece but still have the lively life of Sorrento within 15 minutes car drive.

GROUND FLOOR: Accessible by 5 large French doors opening from the terrace in front of the house and leading into one large living room, divided by arch shaped opening onto a separate lunge area and dining area. The lounge is furnished with a large comfortable sofa with cushions. Large wooden table. Fireplace built up with decorative antique tiles. Bose flat screen TV (50 thumbs) full stereo with CD-player and DVD.

SPA: Accessible from the lounge the entire spa area is built up with mosaic tiles. On the left hand there is a spacious bathroom with sink. Large shower box with glass door. On the right 3 steps leads down to the an open chromatic shower. Turkish bath with two benches.
14 steps leads up to the upper floor with large heated Jacuzzi pool for up to 6/8 people, reachable by 4 steps.
A arch shaped window gives onto the terrace. The Spa is provided with bathrobes, towels, slippers, soaps etc. A French door leads onto the behind of the house, from where one can also reach the sleeping are or the pool.
FIRST FLOOR: Reachable 19 steps up from the ground floor, this area of the house preserves four nice bedrooms (Three double and a twin bed room). Each bedroom has a private bath and all have heating/air conditioning which can be regulated independently as well as plasma satellite-TV. All rooms are kept in the same style – minimal, stylish each in a different colour theme. Light full with high ceilings with whitewashed walls, sliding doors and ceramic tiled floors. One of the bedrooms (The fourth) is accessible also for handicapped since its without architectonical barriers and with access from outside along a pad.
Three of the rooms have access onto a terrace at the same floor level as the bedrooms.
The first room is a double room with large bath with window and access onto a private terrace.
The second is a twin bed room with access on the terrace through a half French door. En suite bath with shower box.

ROOF TOP FLOOR: (Reachable by approx. 20 steps from the first floor) A nice pool with hydro massage is located on the roof top of the villa. 4 steps leads up to the pool. The pool is 35 m2 and 1.20 meter deeps. The pool is set on a nice wooden floored terrace for sunbathing ( 28 m2) and its’ equipped with four thick cushions to lay on by the pool and its’ surrounded by glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the views towards the greenery of the slopes and the Sea.
