Built in 1930, recently renovated, Villa Le Parate is located in the perfect place to explore the island of Capri, famous in all the world for its beauty and its culture and its lifestyle.
The villa is located on the road that leads to "O passetiello", one of the most amazing paths that originally connected Capri to Anacapri. It is at 5 minutes walking to the famous Piazzetta and 1 mile going down to reach the amazing Marina Piccola beach with its gorgeous view on the Faraglioni (the 2 biggest rocks in the sea, the imagine of Capri!).
Villa le Parate is a new property for rent, it is easily accessible on foot. The taxi can leave you at 300 m. The villa overlooks on a part of the bay of Marina Piccola where fall down the wonderful Faraglioni, two enormous vertical rocks protruding from the sea, symbol of Capri and often seen in the postcards of Capri. It boasts an amazing view of all the island.
The villa is accessible directly from the road through a private pedestrian path leading down to the property entrance and is well located at only 5minutes to the old fashioned Piazzetta. The beach is located within a short walk from the villa (10 minutes by walking down or 2 minutes by bus or taxi), it offers umbrella and sun lounge rentals. A supermarket and restaurant are just 300 meters from the property while all the main facilities, such as banks, bars, shops, etc., are located in Capri town about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There is a bus stop for the local bus located very close to the villa.
The house is surrounded by pine trees and many other Mediterranean plants. Villa Le Parate lays on a 500 sq. m. terraced gardens with scenic views in all its spots and is adorned by beautiful flowers and plants typical of this beautiful area featured by a mild climate.
The house is well exposed and spreads on three levels. It consists of 2 units, each with independent access on the garden. On one of the terraces a pool will take place from this summer featured by a circular shape and infinity view on the Marina Piccola Bay.
On ground floor we have a big and comfortable drawing room with French windows and shady curtains where you'll find a bar, facing on an area with table and chairs for 10 people for al fresco meals and a half bathroom.

On third level we have another unit with a double suite with its own bathroom (with shower), a single bed with a bath (with shower) and a living room.

The villa has also an equipped kitchen with 5 range stove top, 1 oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine, sink and ironing facilities.
