All the villa is decorated with a simple design, but elegant. The location is amazing. From Praiano it is very easy to plan any kind of excursion on the Amalfi Coast, or to arrange tours in Sorrento, Capri and other resorts in the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, Villa dei Gabbiani deserves to be lived in every corner "full time": the structure is sunny during the day and particularly suggestive in the evening and night hours.
In the garden a newest pool (4 m. x 8 m.) takes place. the pool area is equipped with sun loungers and chairs, in a corner of the garden there is also a shady area with sofas and a big beach umbrella. A long patio running along the ground floor will guarantee you a further shady area. the pool area overlooks the magic Li Galli islands and Amalfi Coast. Villa dei Gabbiani is 300 sq. m. (3230 sq. feet). On the top level we have a 100 sq. m. terrace, that is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and two large sun umbrellas. From the terrace you will enjoy a stunning view of the sea, Li Galli islands and the Amalfi Coast. The unconventional shape of its layout makes villa dei Gabbiani really interesting: several panoramic spots, terraces, short staircases, sought furnishings with local materials.

Upper level
The living room faces on the main terrace. From the terrace you will be able to enter in the living room through a wide French window. the room also has a window with a view of the patio. the living room features a cross vaulted ceiling and handmade majolica tiles, in the typical style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are simple and elegant. There we have an armchair, a sofa and a desk, sat TV and a DVD player. At the dining table can be seated ten guests ten guests. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
From the living room you have access in the well equipped kitchen, where is a nine-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Next to the living room and the kitchen there is also a half bathroom with a washbasin and a toilet. A laundry room with external access is at guest disposal. Here you have a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Middle Level
On the middle we have the first bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, featured by blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. In this room there is a satellite television.
A corridor will lead you to:
- the second double bedroom; in this room you will find a satellite television. the bedroom has access to a long terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with lucid yellow hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
- the third bedroom; this is a twin beds (80 cm width each) with a satellite TV; the bedroom has access to the long panoramic terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Lower ground floor
On the lower ground floor we have 3 double bedrooms connected by a corridor and that shares 2 bathrooms one featured by yellow and blue tiles. Both has shower. Each bedroom has its own access to the garden. The bedrooms have amazing sea views and double bed.
